𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager – HORECA & Institutional Sales to drive the growth of our premium confectionery and chocolate portfolio across hotel minibars, premium restaurants, caterers, and select hospitality accounts.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring high-potential hospitality accounts, building strong relationships with purchase teams, F&B teams and key decision-makers, and expanding the brand's presence across the premium HORECA segment.
The role requires a strong focus on new business development, product placement, account acquisition, and repeat business growth.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Develop and execute a focused sales strategy for hotel minibars, premium restaurants, caterers, and hospitality accounts.
Identify and onboard premium hotels and hotel chains for minibar product placements.
Build business with premium restaurants and cafés for confectionery, chocolates, and value-added product requirements.
Develop partnerships with caterers, banquet companies, and hospitality groups for events and bulk requirements.
Build strong relationships with F&B Heads, Purchase Managers, Executive Chefs, Procurement Teams, and Hotel Management Teams.
Conduct product presentations, sampling, and commercial discussions to secure product listings and placements.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and meetings to sampling, negotiations, onboarding, and order closure.
Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets through new account acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
Ensure repeat business by actively managing key accounts and identifying additional product placement opportunities.
Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain teams for smooth order execution and timely deliveries.
Track competitor products, pricing, and trends within the premium confectionery and hospitality segment.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline, account tracker, forecasts, and regular business performance reports.

- 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐲, 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬, 𝐠𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝, 𝐛𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐛𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬, 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐅𝐌𝐂𝐆 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝.
- Strong network across hotels, caterers, premium restaurants, and hospitality groups is preferred.
- Understanding of hotel minibar procurement and HORECA purchase processes will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of acquiring new accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Highly target-driven with the ability to independently build and manage a business pipeline.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
