About the RoleWe are looking for passionate, results-driven Business Development Managers to join our team in Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram.
We're primarily looking for professionals with a proven track record in Hospital Sales, Healthcare SaaS, HealthTech, Digital Health, or other healthcare B2B sales roles. If you've consistently delivered results and enjoy building strong customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business by engaging individual doctors, clinics, and hospitals across your assigned territory.
- Pitch HealthPlix's AI-powered EMR platform through in-person meetings and product demonstrations, showcasing how it improves clinical workflows and patient care.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while consistently achieving monthly business targets.
- Own the complete customer journey—from prospecting and deal closure to EMR implementation, onboarding, and doctor training.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through structured follow-ups and identify opportunities to expand business within your territory.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- Experience in Healthcare SaaS, Hospital Sales, HealthTech, Digital Health, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, or other relevant healthcare industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about field sales.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and demonstrate technology-driven healthcare solutions.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Experienced candidates will be preferred. However, motivated freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
