Business Development Manager – Events & Partnerships

FinkUP is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate Business Development professional who can drive growth by bringing in events, getting them listed on our platform, and promoting our full suite of event infrastructure services. This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager – Events & Partnerships, located in Jaipur.

What you’ll do:

• Build strong partnerships with event organisers, venues, artists, and agencies.
• Onboard events to the FinkUP ticketing & discovery platform.
• Drive sales of our infra solutions – Ticketing, Cashless Payments, POS & Box Office, Guest Management, Expo Apps, Turnstiles, and more.
• Create long-term business relationships and new revenue opportunities.

Who we’re looking for:

• Someone with prior experience in event tech, ticketing platforms, event agencies, or event infrastructure services. (others, please refrain!)
• A network-driven professional who thrives on partnerships and sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for the events and entertainment ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in market research and identifying business opportunities
• Experience in relationship management, building and maintaining partnerships
• Proficiency in event planning and management
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the media and entertainment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
