We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager (EV Industry) – Bangalore


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing organization in the EV (Electric Vehicle) ecosystem.


If you have strong experience in hardware sales within EV companies/OEMs and a proven ability to drive revenue growth, this role offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact.


Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Onsite

Working Days: 6 Days

Salary: ₹12–15 LPA

Experience: 3–6 Years

Qualification: Graduation (Master’s preferred)


Role Overview

This role focuses on hunting new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will identify, develop, and nurture accounts before transitioning them to Key Account Managers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and research
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Engage with key decision-makers and develop client relationships
  • Conduct presentations, negotiations, and close new business deals
  • Drive strategic account development and expansion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
  • Ensure smooth handover to Key Account Managers
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities


Mandatory Requirements
  • Experience in EV companies / EV OEMs only
  • Background in hardware/electronic product sales
  • Experience selling to OEMs and EV clients (e.g., large automotive players)
  • Proven track record in business development or sales
  • Experience managing Pan India sales
  • Strong exposure to target-driven sales environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
