*Job Title: Business Development Manager – ELV Division*
We are hiring a *Business Development Manager* to lead sales & growth for the ELV division across Bangalore & Karnataka. You will own P&L responsibility for *CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, BMS, Networking, IBMS, and Smart Building solutions* and drive business from consultants, developers, and government sectors.

- Work Timing:* Monday to Saturday
We are hiring a *Business Development Manager* to lead sales & growth for the ELV division across Bangalore & Karnataka. You will own P&L responsibility for *CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, BMS, Networking, IBMS, and Smart Building solutions* and drive business from consultants, developers, and government sectors.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Revenue Growth*: Achieve annual order booking targets of ₹8–12 Cr. Develop and execute sales strategy for ELV/IBMS vertical
- *Key Account Management*: Build CXO-level relationships with top developers, IT parks, data centers, hospitals, airports, and metro projects
- *Consultant Engagement*: Drive spec-in and approvals with leading MEP consultants & architects. Conduct technical presentations and product demos
- *Tender & Project Sales*: Lead tender participation, pre-bid meetings, techno-commercial negotiations, and close large ELV packages 1Cr+
- *Team Leadership*: Manage and mentor a team of Sr. BDEs/BDMs. Set targets, review pipeline, and drive performance
- *Channel Development*: Appoint, train, and manage System Integrators & dealers to expand market reach across Tier-2 cities
- *Solution Selling*: Propose converged ELV + IT + Automation solutions. Coordinate with design/presales team for BOQ, sizing, and compliance
- *Collections & Profitability*: Ensure timely collections, monitor project margins, and maintain healthy cash flow
- *Market Intelligence*: Track upcoming projects, competitor moves, pricing trends, and advise management on new opportunities
- *Experience*: 5-10 years in ELV/IBMS/Security Systems sales. *Must have handled 1Cr+ projects and managed sales teams*
- *Product Knowledge*: Deep expertise in Honeywell, Siemens, Bosch, Johnson Controls, Hikvision, Cisco, Schneider ELV/BMS range
- *Network*: Strong connect with MEP consultants, PMC, developers, and govt bodies in Bangalore. Data center experience is a plus
- *Skills*: C-level selling, tender management, P&L ownership, team handling, and strategic planning
- *Education*: B.E/B.Tech in ECE/EEE/Electronics. MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
- *Other*: Own vehicle mandatory. Willing to travel across Karnataka. Target & growth oriented mindset
- Fixed CTC ₹85k–1L + High Performance Incentives + Annual Bonus
- Lead high-value ELV projects – Data Centers, Smart Cities, IT Campuses, Airports
- Authority to build and scale the ELV division with direct MD reporting
- Car Allowance + Mobile + Health Insurance + Foreign Travel for training
