About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth across its JEE / NEET / CET & Commerce coaching verticals. The role focuses on student enrollment growth, institutional partnerships, and brand expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Drive student admissions through strategic sales and outreach initiatives
Develop and manage partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational bodies
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seminars, workshops, and counseling sessions
Identify new markets and expansion opportunities
Lead and track admission targets, conversions, and revenue growth
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for lead closure
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Preferred Background
Mandatory: Prior experience in the Education / Coaching / EdTech industry
Strong understanding of JEE / NEET / CET admission cycles
Proven experience in sales, business development, or admissions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ideal Candidate
Result-driven and target-oriented
Strong local market knowledge.
