Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Business Development Manager in the EdTech industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving growth for Offenso. Daily tasks include developing and implementing business development strategies, understanding client needs, preparing proposals, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with opportunities.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Skills in market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
- Experience in EdTech, cybersecurity, or related industries is preferred
- Proactive problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in preparing business proposals and presentations
- Relevant experience in working with educational institutions or corporate clients is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
