Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a business development manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and driving growth in the communication and electronics sector. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, attending industry events to foster business connections, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet clients' unique needs. The role requires working closely with senior management to meet revenue targets and expanding the organization’s influence in targeted markets.


Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sophisticated deals
  • Knowledge of Communication Systems, Electronics, IoT, and Technology Products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable plans
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the Communication, Electronics, or related industries is preferred
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
