As we continue expanding our Data Center & Enterprise Solutions business, we are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to join our growing team.
(Data Center & Enterprise Solutions)
We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven professional with a strong background in enterprise technology sales and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic client relationships, and identifying new opportunities across enterprise and critical infrastructure sectors.
• Generate new business opportunities across Enterprise, Government, Industrial, and Infrastructure sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with End Customers, Consultants, EPC Contractors, System Integrators, and Channel Partners.
• Drive business for Data Center, Enterprise IT Infrastructure, ELV, Communication, and Security Solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and work closely with technical teams to prepare solution-based proposals.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while achieving assigned revenue targets.
• Track market trends, upcoming projects, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal Engineering, Estimation, Procurement, and Project teams for successful project execution.
Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ 6-10 years of experience in Business Development or Enterprise B2B Sales.
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in selling Enterprise IT, ELV, Data Center, Networking, Communication, or Infrastructure Technology Solutions.
✔ Proven experience in solution selling and managing enterprise customer accounts.
✔ Strong understanding of techno-commercial proposals, tendering, and project-based sales.
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
