Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our Noida office. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include generating sales leads, developing proposals, conducting market research, and managing end-to-end sales processes. Collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure the delivery of tailored solutions to meet client needs while promoting the company's services and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Acquisition
- Experience in Market Research, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Networking
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation abilities
- Ability to develop tailored business proposals and handle sales processes independently
- Strategic mindset with expertise in identifying market trends and opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in IT solutions and digital marketing industry is a plus
- Results-driven professional with team collaboration skills and a proven track record in achieving revenue targets
