Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new business opportunities, build client relationships, and expand MangoBerry Tech’s presence in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This is a commission-based role, ideal for entrepreneurial professionals motivated by performance-driven rewards.


Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Dynamics 365 and digital transformation space.  

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers across industries.  

- Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful deals.  

 - Appeals to entrepreneurial BDMs who are confident in their network and ability to close deals.  

- Collaborate with the technical and consulting teams to align solutions with client needs.  

- Represent MangoBerry Tech at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings.  

- Maintain accurate records of pipeline, opportunities, and client interactions.  


Qualifications

- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in IT consulting or SaaS).  

- Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to generate sales pipeline & convert them into end client 

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.  

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a commission-based model.
