Designation :- Business Development Manager - Commercial Flooring.

Experience :- Minimum 5 to 10 Years of Experience in industrial and commercial flooring , chemical industry as BDE/ BDM.

Job Description :-

Identify and develop new business opportunities in resin flooring across target sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and
end-users
Conduct site visits and technical presentations to understand project requirements
Collaborate with the technical team to propose customized flooring solutions
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking forums
Drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
