Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
Experience: 1+ years
Salary: βΉ20,000 β βΉ25,000 / month
Service Agreement: 12 months

π About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our client base and build long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, skilled in sales and client acquisition, and open to working with both domestic and international clients.
π― Key Responsibilities- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through various sales channels.
- Pitch company services to potential clients and understand their business needs.
- Handle client discussions, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Interact with international clients when required (good to have, not mandatory).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
- Maintain and track leads, pipelines, and conversions.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
- 1+ year of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with clients over calls and meetings.
- Exposure to international client communication is a plus.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities effectively.
- BBA / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in an IT services / digital marketing / agency setup is an advantage.
