Role Overview

The Business Development Associate plays a key role in supporting the organization’s sales and growth initiatives by contributing to new customer acquisition. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and keeping senior management informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain contact with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
  • Acquire new clients by promoting and selling company products and services.
  • Maintain and regularly update the prospective client database.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calls to generate new business leads.
  • Arrange meetings between prospective clients and senior management.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Achieve quarterly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Negotiate with clients to offer competitive and mutually beneficial deals.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for client acquisition and engagement.
