Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:-


  • Support achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
  • Assist in managing key accounts and maintaining customer relationships
  • Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and follow up on orders
  • Coordinate with production, QA, R&D, and logistics teams to meet customer requirements
  • Provide customers with product specifications, MSDS, COA, and technical information
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
  • Support order forecasting, dispatch planning, and delivery coordination
  • Monitor receivables and assist in collection activities
  • Maintain accurate sales records, CRM data, and documentation
  • Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance updates for management
  • Assist in sales planning, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Participate in customer meetings, plant visits, exhibitions, and trade shows
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements


QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:-


  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree
  • 3-6 years of sales experience in the construction chemicals, adhesives, or related industry
