  • Team Management & Performance Review

Supervise and audit the performance of BDEs, BDMs, and Regional Managers within assigned zones.

Lead Management

Ensure effective handling, follow-up, and conversion of all leads across regions

Area Development

Identify and take action on underperforming and vacant territories to improve coverage and performance.

Problem Solving

Act as a key escalation point for resolving issues during the lifting and agreement process across assigned zones.
