β€’ Generate new business opportunities through multiple channels and platforms (not limited to Upwork).

β€’ Utilize various business development channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, referrals, bidding platforms, and partnerships.

β€’ Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.

β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and high client satisfaction.

β€’ Manage client negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals independently.

β€’ Lead, mentor, and monitor team performance (experience in team handling is a plus).
