Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and representing the company in international markets. Key responsibilities include market research, client presentations, contract negotiations, and fostering partnerships with AGL system integrators, EPC contractors, and airport developers. The role requires driving business growth while ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Sales Management
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform effective Market Research and Analysis
• Proven experience in Relationship Building and Account Management
• Understanding of aviation industry standards (FAA, ICAO, IEC) is a significant advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in infrastructure or aviation industries is highly desirable
