Our solutions are actively being deployed across industries including manufacturing, logistics, industrial plants, and smart infrastructure to enhance safety, operational efficiency, and real-time decision making.

We are now looking to expand our market presence and are seeking a highly capable Business Development Manager who can drive enterprise sales, establish strategic partnerships, and contribute to scaling our AI solutions across multiple industries.


Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying high-value opportunities, building relationships with industry leaders, and closing enterprise-level deals. This role requires someone who understands industrial environments, technical solutions, and consultative selling.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders such as Plant Heads, Operations Leaders, and Technology decision-makers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for AI-driven industrial automation solutions.
  • Identify, engage, and convert enterprise clients across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and large industrial facilities.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers including Plant Heads, Operations Heads, Safety Heads, and Technology Leaders.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle — from opportunity identification and client meetings to solution presentation, proposal development, and deal closure.
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to translate client requirements into practical AI-based solutions.
  • Establish partnerships with system integrators, industrial automation providers, robotics companies, and surveillance solution partners.
  • Drive lead generation through industry networks, referrals, plant visits, and strategic outreach.
  • Achieve defined revenue and partnership targets while contributing to long-term business expansion.


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 3–8 years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales within one or more of the following domains:
  • Industrial automation
  • AI or computer vision solutions
  • CCTV or video analytics systems
  • Robotics or smart manufacturing
  • SaaS or technology solutions for enterprises
  • Strong understanding of industrial operations and client requirements in manufacturing or plant environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to close mid to large-sized deals (₹10L+ project value preferred).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and present them effectively to business and operational leaders.
  • Existing network within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors will be a significant advantage.
