Role Description

The EYP (Early Years Programme) Facilitator will be responsible for fostering an inquiry-based learning environment for young learners in the Early Years Programme. This involves designing engaging lessons, facilitating creative activities, and supporting students' holistic development aligned with IB methodologies. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues, planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, assessing student progress, and engaging with parents to ensure a positive and enriching educational experience for children. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of early childhood education principles, including IB philosophy and practices
  • Experience in lesson planning, classroom management, and child-centric teaching approaches
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Creativity, adaptability, and an enthusiasm for fostering curiosity and lifelong learning in young children
  • Formal education in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related fields (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Prior experience as an early childhood educator or in a similar teaching role is an advantage
  • Proficiency in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for children with diverse needs and abilities
