This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Chennai. The role involves identifying business opportunities, fostering client relationships, developing growth strategies, and ensuring revenue generation. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating proposals, presenting solutions to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams and staying updated on industry trends will be integral to achieving targets and driving business success.
- Proven skills in business development, sales strategies, and market research
- Strong understanding of cloud solutions, specifically in Azure, M365, and application modernization
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Experience in building customer relationships and delivering client-focused solutions
- Ability to analyze industry trends and leverage opportunities effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision making
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Relevant experience in IT services or the cloud solutions industry
