Business Development Manager

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager located in Dehradun. The responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies to expand business, identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, securing new contracts, and collaborating with the internal team to align services with client needs. Additionally, the candidate will be entrusted with negotiating contracts and delivering impactful sales presentations to potential clients.

• Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Market Analysis
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably solar industry services
• Proficiency in presentations, client engagement, and contract negotiations
• Knowledge of CAD/Solar design services or related technical domains is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
