Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work from home. The Business Development Manager will actively pursue new business opportunities and build strong client relationships to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic business development plans, identifying and qualifying leads, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role also involves market research to identify emerging trends and collaboration with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings.

Qualifications

• Business development and client acquisition skills, with proven experience in lead generation and closing deals
• Strategic thinking and market analysis skills for identifying growth opportunities
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Prior experience in logistics, courier services, or freight industries is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and deliver results
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for building and maintaining long-term client relationships
