Role OverviewWe are seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the role of Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Manager. The role involves driving sales, generating leads, and building strong client relationships for luxury resort investment projects.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and present high-value investment opportunities to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads through various channels including references, networking, and digital platforms
- Handle end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure
- Present and explain luxury resort investment opportunities to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for client servicing and documentation
- Maintain a database of leads and track follow-ups effectively
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- 4–10 years of experience in sales or business development
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or high-value sales will be preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
- Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
