Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard high-value clients and premium brands across industries
- Build and maintain strong C-level and senior stakeholder relationships
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth
- Pitch media, advertising, branding, and digital marketing solutions with confidence and clarity
- Lead end-to-end client acquisition—from prospecting to deal closure
- Work closely with strategy, creative, and media teams to craft compelling proposals and campaigns
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure profitable and sustainable deals
- Track market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and brand meetings
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting discipline
- 7–12 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client servicing within media, advertising, marketing, or digital agencies
- Strong track record of onboarding premium clients and closing high-value deals
- Deep understanding of media planning, advertising campaigns, brand strategy, and digital marketing ecosystems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust-based, long-term relationships with brands and decision-makers
- Confident in pitching to CXOs, marketing heads, and senior leadership
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Strong strategic thinking with a commercial mindset
- Experience managing large deal cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations
