About REVAMP

REVAMP is a full-service marketing agency working with 50+ brands across industries like lifestyle, CSR, real estate, Web3, and consumer businesses. We focus on building brands through strong strategy, content, design, and performance-led execution.

We are looking for a Client Servicing & Brand Manager who can independently manage key accounts and act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams.


Role Overview

You will be responsible for handling 3 key accounts across diverse industries:

  • A leading poker house brand
  • A real estate client
  • An appliance manufacturing brand

This role requires someone who can own brands end-to-end — from understanding business goals to ensuring smooth execution across content, design, and strategy.


Location: Delhi (Work from Office)

Experience: 2–5 years (Agency experience preferred)

Salary Range: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹7.5 LPA (based on experience & capability)


Key Responsibilities1. Client Ownership & Communication
  • Act as the single point of contact for all assigned clients
  • Lead weekly/monthly calls, share updates, and present plans, creatives, and reports
  • Understand client expectations, business goals, and feedback in depth
  • Proactively suggest ideas and improvements instead of only executing briefs
  • Handle escalations, feedback loops, and ensure client satisfaction at all times


2. Brand Strategy & Planning
  • Translate client goals into clear monthly marketing plans and content calendars
  • Work on campaign ideation aligned with business objectives (leads, footfall, awareness, etc.)
  • Ensure each brand has a distinct voice, tonality, and positioning
  • Stay updated with industry trends (real estate, gaming/poker, manufacturing) and apply relevant ideas
  • Collaborate with founders/leadership to align strategy with REVAMP’s approach


3. Content & Creative Execution
  • Brief designers and copywriters with clear, structured briefs (context, objective, tonality, references)
  • Ensure all creatives (posts, reels, campaigns, ads) meet quality standards before sharing
  • Review and refine content for messaging, clarity, and brand alignment
  • Work closely with the content team for captions, scripts, and campaign narratives
  • Ensure consistency across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)


4. Project & Timeline Management
  • Plan and manage monthly deliverables, deadlines, and approvals
  • Maintain trackers for all ongoing work (content, campaigns, shoots, ads)
  • Follow up internally to ensure timelines are met without delays
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and solve them proactively
  • Ensure smooth execution from ideation → approval → final delivery


5. Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with:
  • Design team for creatives
  • Copy/content team for messaging and scripts
  • Performance team for ads and lead generation
  • Ensure all teams are aligned on objectives, timelines, and expectations
  • Bridge the gap between client expectations and internal execution


6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track key metrics based on client goals (engagement, leads, reach, conversions)
  • Work with the performance team to understand what’s working and what’s not
  • Share structured monthly reports with insights and next steps
  • Continuously optimize strategy based on performance data


7. Founder & Agency Alignment
  • Understand REVAMP’s creative and strategic vision and apply it across brands
  • Balance client demands with what is right for the brand and agency standards
  • Represent the agency confidently in all client interactions
  • Ensure the work reflects both client expectations and REVAMP quality benchmarks


8. Ownership & Problem Solving
  • Take complete ownership of assigned brands — think like a brand manager, not an executor
  • Identify gaps in strategy, content, or execution and fix them proactively
  • Be accountable for both output quality and client happiness
  • Step in wherever needed — whether it’s ideation, execution, or coordination
