Job Title: IT Sales/Business Development Manager - IT Services

Location: India (Hyderabad / Noida) - Onsite Role

Position Type: Fulltime / Permanent

Shift Timing: (USA Shift) :: 06:30 PM – 03:30 AM (IST).


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented IT Sales/Business Development Manager to join our growing IT Services team. This role requires expertise in new business development

and the expansion of existing accounts to drive revenue growth and customer success.


Key Responsibilities:

1. New Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients (Track record of new logos onboarded).
  • Develop and execute territory plans and org charts to drive new business.
  • Conduct cold visits, outreach, networking, and strategic sales prospecting.
  • Demonstrate the ability to close new businesses and penetrate competitive
  • accounts.

2. Account Expansion

  • Manage and grow key accounts, driving revenue expansion.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and growth.
  • Engage proactively with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.

3. Proposal Handling

  • Understand customer pain points and deliver compelling sales presentations to
  • clients.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Understand pricing strategies and commercial structuring for proposals.
  • Knowledge of AI, Data, Cloud, Application Services, and IT solutions.
  • Navigate procurement processes and RFP cycles in target industries.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record in IT services field sales or account management.
  • Self-motivated to exceed targets and achieve revenue goals.
  • Willing to travel as needed and work autonomously in a sales field.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and sales presentation skills.
  • Technical understanding of IT solutions, including AI, Data, Cloud, and App Services.
