Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for a Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, managing client communications, collaborating with teams for project execution, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves preparing business presentations and staying updated on market trends to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong abilities in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Business Negotiation
• Experience in Project Management and Collaboration across teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with presentation expertise
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Prior experience in the events, hospitality, or MICE industry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
