on:Need BDM for Northern India based in Noida office & for East zone based at our Kolkata for Marketing & Sales of Specialty & functional Chemicals. Candidates will responsible for business and its growth through customers in industry lines Paints, Inks, constructions (Skim Coat{Putty}, cement tile adhesive, readymade plaster, Admixtures et
c.)

Key Responsib
ilitieso Responsible for achieving sales targets for the assigned
region.o Deliver the sales volume and revenue forecasts along with the annual operating plan
and ownresponsibility for the forecast a
ccuracyo Direct and coordinate all operational and business activities to meet customer requi
rementsand achieve and/or exceed profit plan and strategic planning goals and obje
ctives.o Formulate & conceptualize Sales strategies that are aligned with Supplier business st
rategy.o Represent company at key industry meetings and conferences to promote company’s products and develop the prospect pi
peline.o Build and maintain executive level customer relatio
nships.o Drive commercial excellence and Value Selling initiatives. Visit R & D teams for
betterproduct posit
ioning.o Maintain a computerized business lead register and frequently update marketing status
in it.o Prepare monthly sales report and track self-perfo
rmance.o Follow up on pa
yments.
