Role Description

As a full-time Sales Executive based in Delhi, India, you will be responsible for driving business development and achieving sales targets for Inkarp Instruments. Your daily tasks will include identifying and contacting potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, promoting our extensive product portfolio, and tailoring solutions to meet customer needs. You will also be responsible for providing product demonstrations, participating in sales presentations, and collaborating with the technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, business development, and account management
  • Understanding of scientific laboratory equipment or technologies, with a background in instruments such as analytical, life science, or material science solutions being an advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress
  • Knowledge of industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Clinical & Diagnostics, and other relevant sectors is a plus
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to work onsite and travel as required for client meetings
