Role- Business Development Manager (B2B OR SaaS OR Design Services)
Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Hyderabad office. This role is focused on building a strong sales pipeline through outbound and inbound lead generation, supporting the sales process with high-quality sales decks and presentations, and qualifying prospects for the business development team. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys research, communication, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Identify and research potential leads aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Execute outbound outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Handle inbound leads and perform initial qualification • Book meetings and demos for the sales / business development team
Sales Collateral & Deck Creation:
- Create, customize, and update sales decks and pitch presentations
- Tailor decks based on client industry, use case, and stage of discussion
- Work closely with founders and BDMs to refine messaging and positioning
Sales Operations & Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRM
- Track outreach performance and follow-up activities
- Support deal tracking and handover to the closing team
Market & Account Research:
- Conduct account-level research on startups, product companies, and tech firms
- Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and content alignment
- Share feedback from prospects to improve sales messaging
- Help improve SDR playbooks and outreach processes
Ideal Candidate
- Total Experience (Mandatory): 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in B2B services, design agencies, or SaaS environments.
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have hands-on experience in managing the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving revenue targets, especially in B2B segments.
- Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience in consultative / solution-based selling, understanding client requirements and pitching customized offerings.
- Mandatory (Experience 4): Experience in engaging with CXOs, founders, and senior stakeholders, managing negotiations and long-term relationships.
- Mandatory (Experience 5): Strong experience in creating proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations aligned with client needs and business objectives.
- Mandatory (Experience 6): Must have prior experience in leading or mentoring a sales/BD team, driving team targets, or managing SDRs/BD executives.
- Mandatory (Tools): Strong experience in creating proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations aligned with client needs and business objectives.
- Mandatory (Communication & Negotiation): Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals independently.
- Mandatory (Stability): Candidates should demonstrate a stable career history (edited)
