Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Dehradun. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, maintaining client relationships, and crafting strategic plans to achieve sales goals. The role also involves conducting market research, devising marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Lead Generation
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying business opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Industry experience in consulting, services, or related sectors is a benefit
