Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to
drive growth in the areas of Automation, Electrical, Electronics, and IoT solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong domain knowledge, excellent decision-making
abilities, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial skills to identify opportunities, build
partnerships, and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company
goals
• Identify new business opportunities in Automation, Electrical, Electronics,
and IoT markets
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive
strategic decisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals
• Collaborate with technical, sales, and operations teams to deliver customized
solutions
• Manage and mentor the business development team to achieve performance
targets
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationshipsRequired Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of Automation, Electrical, Electronics, and IoT domains

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Automation),
Business, or a related field
• MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
• Proven experience in business development or sales in technology-driven
industries
