Technotask Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a Business Development Leader (B2B Sales) to drive growth and build strong client partnerships from our Bhopal office.
π Location: Ganesh Galaxy, Ayodhya Bypass Road, Bhopal
πΌ Role: Business Development Leader β B2B Sales (On-site)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
This role requires someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about consultative selling and client relationship management.
β’ Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities across industries.
β’ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
β’ Engage with CXOs, founders, and senior decision-makers to pitch Technotask solutions.
β’ Manage end-to-end sales cycle β prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
β’ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
β’ Conduct product demonstrations and present customized solutions to clients.
β’ Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.
β’ Provide sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to leadership.
β 2β6 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
β Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills
β Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
β Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms
β Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships
β Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated
Prior experience in industries such as BPO, FinTech, SaaS, CX solutions, or E-Commerce will be an added advantage.
