About the Company: Medikloud is an AI-powered Hospital Management SaaS transforming healthcare operations. We work closely with hospitals, clinics, and doctors to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enable smarter, data-driven healthcare delivery.
About the Role: As a Business Development Executive at Medikloud, you will drive growth across hospitals and healthcare providers through a mix of market research, strategic outreach, relationship building, and on-ground execution. You will work closely with leadership, product, and growth teams to expand Medikloud's presence through consultative, solution-led selling.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify target hospitals, clinics, specialties, and decision-makers
- Generate and manage leads through research-driven outreach, referrals, and field engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and hospital stakeholders
- Convert opportunities through demos, pilots, onboarding, and deal closures
- Represent Medikloud on-ground while gathering market, competitor, and customer insights
- Maintain CRM records, track pipeline progress, and collaborate with internal teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 1-4 years of experience in business development, healthcare sales, pharma, medical devices, or healthtech
- Comfortable with on-ground hospital and doctor interactions
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and adaptable, with a strong interest in working in a fast-paced startup environment
