About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and well-groomed New Car Sales Consultant to represent our premium automotive brand. The ideal candidate will deliver a world-class buying experience, build long-term client relationships, and consistently exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver a luxury customer experience from first contact to vehicle delivery

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right model & features

• Conduct test drives, product demos, and pricing negotiations

• Manage complete sales process: enquiry → booking → invoicing → delivery

• Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads & referrals

• Build relationships with HNI & corporate clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with finance, insurance & accessories teams

Candidate Profile :

• Graduate / MBA preferred

• 2–6 years experience in premium/luxury car sales

• Strong communication, negotiation & relationship skills

• Well-groomed with a premium brand mindset

• CRM knowledge & MS Office proficiency

• Valid driving license (mandatory)
