ROLE OBJECTIVE
The Business Development Intern will act as a Brand Ambassador for HRQuadrant (HRQ). This role is a blend of Strategic Outreach, Relationship Management, and Field Sales. You will be responsible for expanding our footprint across Academic and Corporates Institutions in Kerala.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Institutional Outreach: Visiting Colleges and Professional Institutes to introduce HRQ’s L&D programs and placement support services.
· Corporate Networking: Conducting field visits to various business hubs (Infopark, CSEZ, Kinfra, etc.) to identify requirements for Recruitment and Compliance services.
· Relationship Management: Maintaining and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients and institutional partners to ensure service satisfaction and repeat business.
· Market Mapping: Identifying emerging industries and startups in the Kerala region that require HR consulting or L&D interventions.
· Lead Management: Documenting daily field activities, managing the lead pipeline, and coordinating with the Senior Consulting team to close deals.
· Proposal Support: Assisting in the creation of customized pitch decks and service agreements for potential clients.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
· Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed an BBA/MBA (Marketing/HR) or equivalent.
· Communication: Fluent in English and Malayalam (Must be able to communicate effectively with local business owners and institutional heads).
· Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for daily field visits.
· Soft Skills: High energy, persuasive negotiation skills, and a professional "consultant" demeanour.

· Travel Allowance (TA): Fuel reimbursement for all official field visits and client meetings.
