Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Head based in Roorkee. The Business Development Head will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities, formulate strategic business plans, manage and grow client relationships, and drive sales to achieve organizational goals. The role involves analyzing market trends, developing actionable strategies, and collaborating with teams to ensure effective business operations and success.

- Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret market data, evaluate business metrics, and generate actionable insights.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a strong advantage.
