Role Overview

We are hiring Marketing graduates who are passionate about Sales, Technology, and Business Growth.

As a Business Development Associate, you will work closely with senior sales leaders to identify business opportunities, engage with decision-makers, and contribute to revenue growth in the Cloud & IT Infrastructure space.

This role provides hands-on exposure to B2B Sales, Enterprise Clients, and Solution Selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through research, outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
  • Understand client IT infrastructure requirements and position suitable solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions for senior sales managers.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline in CRM systems.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture them through the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution discussions.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any graduate (Marketing / International Business / IT / Operations)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Interest in B2B Sales, IT Services, or Cloud Technology.
  • Comfortable with client interaction and outbound sales.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
