Role Overview
We are hiring Marketing graduates who are passionate about Sales, Technology, and Business Growth.
As a Business Development Associate, you will work closely with senior sales leaders to identify business opportunities, engage with decision-makers, and contribute to revenue growth in the Cloud & IT Infrastructure space.
This role provides hands-on exposure to B2B Sales, Enterprise Clients, and Solution Selling.

Role Overview

This role provides hands-on exposure to B2B Sales, Enterprise Clients, and Solution Selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through research, outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
- Understand client IT infrastructure requirements and position suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions for senior sales managers.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline in CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture them through the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution discussions.
- Any graduate (Marketing / International Business / IT / Operations)
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in B2B Sales, IT Services, or Cloud Technology.
- Comfortable with client interaction and outbound sales.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Structured training in Cloud & Infrastructure Sales.
- Exposure to enterprise-level sales processes.
- Opportunity to interact with CXOs, IT Heads, and business leaders.
