About the Role

VSG India is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for generating business leads, developing client relationships, and driving sales for our Security Services and Housekeeping Services business verticals.

This role is ideal for enthusiastic MBA graduates, freshers, or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience who are passionate about sales, client interaction, and business growth.



Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, references, and online platforms.
  • Identify potential clients for security and housekeeping manpower services.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with corporate clients, commercial establishments, societies, hospitals, schools, and industries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business opportunities.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business closures.
  • Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
  • Maintain daily sales reports, lead trackers, and client databases.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.



Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • MBA (Marketing/HR/Business Management preferred)

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales/business development will be preferred



Desired Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in client handling and negotiations
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing
  • Good presentation and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude
  • Knowledge of facility management/security industry will be an added advantage
