Who We Are Looking For

We are not looking for someone who needs constant supervision or daily motivation.

We are looking for a sales professional who:

  • Understands how to build conversations and relationships
  • Can confidently handle objections
  • Knows how to follow up consistently
  • Is comfortable speaking with professionals, managers, directors, and business leaders
  • Takes ownership of targets and outcomes
  • Understands that sales is a profession, not a process of forwarding information

We can teach the product.

You should already understand the fundamentals of selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable certification and training solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure
  • Follow up consistently and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Build relationships with individual professionals and corporate decision-makers
  • Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
  • Maintain accurate sales updates and client records
What Success Looks Like
  • You enjoy speaking with prospects
  • You are confident discussing value rather than competing on price
  • You follow up when others stop
  • You are comfortable hearing "No" and continuing the conversation professionally
  • You focus on revenue generation and customer outcomes
Preferred Experience
  • 1–5+ years in B2B, B2C, Training, Education, SaaS, Consulting, or Solution Sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience handling international clients is an advantage
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
