About the Role

Veda Academy is looking for energetic and target-driven Business Development Executives who can connect with students and parents, understand their learning needs, and guide them toward the right academic programs.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build trust through meaningful conversations.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with students and parents.
  2. Counsel parents about Veda Academy’s courses, batches, features, and learning benefits.
  3. Understand the requirement of each student and suggest the most suitable program.
  4. Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments.
  5. Maintain proper lead status, follow-up updates, and sales activity in the CRM.
  6. Achieve daily calling targets, follow-up targets, and monthly revenue targets.
  7. Coordinate with the academic and operations team whenever required.
  8. Build strong relationships with parents through clear and confident communication.


Required Skills
  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, counselling, or inside sales.
  2. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
  3. Comfortable with daily calling, follow-ups, and target-based work.
  4. Confident personality with good convincing and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to understand customer concerns and handle objections.
  6. Prior experience in EdTech sales will be preferred.
