Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive to join our team in Dadri. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving new business growth. The Business Development Executive will analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with internal teams to create solutions that align with clients’ needs. This role also requires preparation of sales presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and attending business meetings with potential clients to explore opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively engage with clients
  • Strong analytical and research skills to identify trends and support decision-making
  • Experience with sales and marketing techniques, including client pitches and proposal development
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business development tools
  • Knowledge of IT services such as software development, web development, and mobile app development is preferable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
