Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking energetic and motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) to support on-ground sales and market development for EyeROV. This role is field-heavy and involves visiting government offices, public sector departments, and partners to identify opportunities, schedule meetings, follow up on leads, and support RSMs in closures. Ideal for early-career professionals looking to build a career in high-tech industrial sales.

The South Region BDE will focus on opportunities in the hydro, fire, and emergency response segments. The role involves connecting with disaster management authorities, state fire departments, and dam management boards to promote EyeROV’s underwater solutions.

Sector Focus: Hydro, Search & Rescue (SAR), Fire & Rescue

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify leads in state SDRF units, Fire & Rescue departments, and water boards.
  • Assist in planning and conducting product demonstrations for SAR applications.
  • Develop new accounts in the hydro segment and strengthen partnerships with existing clients.
  • Facilitate documentation for vendor registration and tendering.
  • Report field activities and pipeline updates to RSM (South).


Skills Required

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory
  • Knowledge of public procurement or working with government departments is a plus
  • Self-motivated, field-ready, and good at reporting
  • Able to understand technical products (basic)
  • Fluent in English + local language (Hindi preferred in North)


Experience

3 – 5 years in field sales, B2B or B2G preferred

Kochi / Bengaluru / Chennai

Qualification

Graduate in Engineering, Science, or any related technical field

Non-tech candidates with strong field sales aptitude will also be considered
