Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and expanding the customer base for Sokudo’s electric scooters. The executive will conduct market research, build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, corporate clients, and strategic partners, and manage accounts to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating proposals, collaborating with internal teams on pricing and product positioning, and providing regular sales and pipeline reports to management. The role also requires active participation in industry events and local marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management and Business relationship building to maintain and grow key client accounts.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
- Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in automotive, EV, or related industries, is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, travel for client meetings, and meet defined sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused and ethically driven approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
