Role Description:

The BDE/Academic Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable courses, and converting leads into enrollments. This is a target-driven inside sales role focused on student counseling and admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
  • Understand students' educational background and career aspirations.
  • Explain course features, curriculum, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
  • Counsel students and parents to help them choose the right program.
  • Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Stay updated on new courses, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Build long-term relationships with students to ensure a positive experience.
