Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Chennai and Marthandam, Kanniyakumari. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting overall sales growth. The role includes presenting ERP solutions to prospective clients, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.


The candidate will also be expected to travel for client meetings, follow up on leads, and contribute toward achieving business targets.


Requirements & Qualifications


  • Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business activities
  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferred
  • Strong interest in sales, lead generation, and business development
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and business applications is an added advantage
  • Prior experience in ERP or software solution sales is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred
