Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in Chennai. The position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and actively engaging in lead generation activities through calls, meetings, and digital channels. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, understand client needs, and present suitable marketing solutions in coordination with internal teams. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. The role also requires regular reporting on sales activities, performance metrics, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify prospects and convert them into clients.
- Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to nurture relationships and manage client expectations effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in marketing, advertising, or related industries.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Chennai, with the ability to meet clients and collaborate closely with internal teams.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and an understanding of digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
