Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Excutive based in Gurugram/Delhi. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing communication with potential clients, and conducting sales activities. Key duties include identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires collaboration with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.


We are looking for someone who has 


  • Strong outbound and inbound sales coordination skills with experience in handling client queries for meeting rooms, virtual offices, serviced offices, and managed office solutions.
  • Proficiency in lead qualification, lead allocation, and client requirement analysis across multiple business centres and workspace solutions.
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively present services, pricing, and workspace offerings.
  • Experience in coordinating sales meetings, centre visits, and client interactions in collaboration with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong CRM management, lead tracking, and sales pipeline coordination capabilities with attention to detail and follow-up management.
  • Ability to support end-to-end sales processes including proposal coordination, onboarding assistance, and conversion support.
  • Good understanding of workspace solutions, business centres, managed offices, and client servicing operations.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and client interactions simultaneously.
  • Effective interpersonal and team collaboration abilities to ensure seamless communication between clients, sales teams, and operational departments.
  • Result-oriented approach with a focus on customer experience, business growth, and sales process efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Sales activities
  • Experience in Lead Generation and identifying business opportunities
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Self-motivated with the ability to achieve targets and solve problems effectively
  • Familiarity with a coworking or office space industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience of 2-4 years in the industry.
