We are looking for enthusiastic freshers with excellent communication skills to join our Business Development team. This role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities on online platforms.

Responsibilities

Identify business opportunities through platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
Analyze client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
Respond to inquiries and communicate effectively with clients.
Negotiate terms and close deals successfully.
Collaborate with the technical team to meet client expectations.
Conduct research to understand market trends and competitors.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Manage client accounts and track project progress.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions for business growth strategies.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Sound knowledge of IT terminologies.

Business Development Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Capability to work during night shifts and rotational schedules.
